Purpose: answering your enquiries and handling purchases and sales, repairs and consignment. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b RGPD, the Spanish designation of the GDPR) and legal obligations under commercial, tax and anti-money-laundering law (art. 6.1.c RGPD).

Retention: invoices and purchase receipts for six years under art. 30 Código de Comercio (the Spanish commercial code); identification data from trading in precious metals and watches for ten years under Ley 10/2010 (the Spanish anti-money-laundering act). After that we delete them.

Recipients: our tax advisers and the Agencia Tributaria (the Spanish tax authority) to the extent the law provides. We do not sell data and we transfer nothing to third countries.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to the address given above. Complaints can be lodged with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish data protection authority, aepd.es).
